Jenny is just amazing she finds what needs to be done very quickly and deals with it she is so knowledgeable would recommend her 110%
Kept me waiting 45 minutes with no apology. Was then insulted by the physiotherapist who told me I was so dramatic that I should be in the theatre and that old ladies make better patients. This is despite my injuries being caused by a rather traumatic assault. Was due for six sessions but was so humiliated by Alan Cashell that I couldn't face going back even for a second appointment.
Wouldn’t waste your time! Had a session booked about some knee pain after the initial phone consultation in which I explicitly explained I don’t drive and walking was my means of getting around. Turned up on date and on time to be told the physio had issues with his computer and I wasn’t down to be seen. No attempt to contact me or let me know, he didn’t even come out to apologise himself, sent the poor receptionist who was lovely and apologetic. Really excellent physio, easy booking process and expert advise. Mrs Woulnough provided me with clear instruction on how to rehab my injury and return to strength sports safely.
