I’ve been with Maryann for 4 years. She is amazing as the other trainers. They explain all the exercises so clearly. This gym is for all shapes and sizes of women. Everyone should join Fit @ 50.
Zack is a terrific group fitness instructor. His classes are always interesting and well-structured, including some creative circuits that keep workouts engaging and challenging. He’s incredibly patient, gives demonstrations and is attentive, offering clear corrections when needed and thoughtful modifications for injuries or individual needs. On top of that, he keeps the vibe upbeat and positive, which makes the class both motivating and enjoyable. I really look forward to his classes and highly recommend him.
I love fit after 50! My trainer Zach, works a very personalized routine with me each week and I definitely feel and see changes in my personal strength and balance!
