Khrisna is a great instructor. She has a great combination of high energy and positivity while doing a great job demonstrating the exercises. This was my first class and she was very welcoming and patient. The best part was the class whizzed by, it definitely didn’t seem like an hour.
Siera's coaching is great! She was very clear with her instructions and actively walked around to help. I particularly appreciated hearing her offer a modification to someone. That kind of attentiveness makes a huge difference, especially when you've experienced the opposite.
Zach is always great, supportive. Today he explained about how using a foam roller helps loosen up the fascia so that the muscle can expand and blood gets circulating more during a warm up. Who knew? I thought it just hurt! (In a good way, of course!)
