Such a welcoming environment. The instructors are fun, knowledgeable and patient. They made the class so enjoyable and a good intensity exercise. Fun for small group or individual training session.
Angela is great at creating a judgement free workout zone. She meets people wherever they are on their fitness journey to help them achieve their goals no matter what they are.
Angela had been my instructor for several years and I was delighted to be a part of the grand opening event to view her new space! She is a fantastic trainer, very patient and supportive, and yet she’s also a knowledgeable and motivating force. The location is great place to get started - call or email her and talk about your goals, she can help!
