Sam and the team are really unbelievable at what they do. Just finished my 8 week challenge with my wife. And it has kick started my fitness training again. I have done strength and conditioning classes 5 days a week for 8 weeks. And I’m feeling and looking better. Stronger than I have been in ten years after having kids. This gym is really special. After years of attending main stream gyms on and off, I feel like I’ve finally found the right fit. Fit Academy is a comfortable, supportive, and fun gym for beginners through to the more experienced gym goers. Sam has done a wonderful job of cultivating a positive and welcoming community. My only regret is I didn’t join sooner.
I've been going to fit academy for a little over a year now. I was looking for something that would help me find motivation to get back into fitness after having a baby. I no longer had the time to commit to group competive spot but this gym filled the spot. It's fun, social and there are multiple session from early morning to evenings that make it easier to fit in a workout.
