I've been going to fit academy for a little over a year now. I was looking for something that would help me find motivation to get back into fitness after having a baby. I no longer had the time to commit to group competive spot but this gym filled the spot. It's fun, social and there are multiple session from early morning to evenings that make it easier to fit in a workout. A massive thank you to Sam and Thomas for the mates in may program. It gave me the opportunity to get back into regular exercise. Everyone was very supportive and encouraging. What a welcoming inclusive environment, highly recommend to anyone nervous about starting a fitness journey.
Different from other gyms, worth a try to see if it fits you.
I joined Fit Academy back in January, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been to other gyms before, but I always felt a bit intimidated when I walked in. I just couldn’t bring myself to go. But at Fit Academy, it’s like being part of a big family. Sam and the coaches are so passionate and caring, and they genuinely want all their members to succeed with their fitness goals. I can’t recommend Fit Academy enough! If you’re looking for a great gym to join, you’ve got to check it out!
