This gym is really special. After years of attending main stream gyms on and off, I feel like I’ve finally found the right fit. Fit Academy is a comfortable, supportive, and fun gym for beginners through to the more experienced gym goers. Sam has done a wonderful job of cultivating a positive and welcoming community. My only regret is I didn’t join sooner.
I've been going to fit academy for a little over a year now. I was looking for something that would help me find motivation to get back into fitness after having a baby. I no longer had the time to commit to group competive spot but this gym filled the spot. It's fun, social and there are multiple session from early morning to evenings that make it easier to fit in a workout. A massive thank you to Sam and Thomas for the mates in may program. It gave me the opportunity to get back into regular exercise. Everyone was very supportive and encouraging. What a welcoming inclusive environment, highly recommend to anyone nervous about starting a fitness journey.
Different from other gyms, worth a try to see if it fits you.
