I hit my goal in just 6 weeks! I've seen so much improvement in my body and my endurance since attending this gym. The staff here is wonderful they push you to your limit and are very knowledgeable in how your form should be while working out. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Highly recommended! Great boxgym! Coaches are skilled and eager to get you where you want to be. High intensity work outs, but are geared to fit those who are both new and experienced with working out. I entered a 6 week challenge with a goal to lose 5% body fat. That's not easy. I surpassed my goal at 3 weeks with a loss of 6% body fat through dedication from the motivation they provided. Many classes are available through out the day to attend. Showers are available. TRY THEM OUT AND YOU WILL WANT TO BECOME A MEMBER!

Great gym and great team. I did their 6 challenge and lost 26 pounds. They know how to make the work out enjoyable. i always left feeling like i actually pushed my body and got a full work out. I highly recommend.

Great gym, excellent and fun workouts each time that are always challenging. Like the camaraderie between the members, always encouraging. Totally recommended.

Yo entrenaba ahi cuando era "911 crossfit" las clases de bootcamp muy buenas,con Flavia y el esposo.,magnificas! pero cerraron no se el motivo. Luego regrese después de mucho tiempo y me di con la sorpresa que habían cambiado el dueño,hice el bootcamp con la entrenadora Nicole,y fue terrible!!!!!! no te motiva,parece que está ahí por cumplir,aburrida y desganada.Sali corriendo.
