Just took my first class here and it was amazing ! Erin was my instructor and she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The class structure was easy to follow but still challenging. Overall great experience
Fit407 workouts are amazing, I actually look forward to working out! Special shout out to Bella who made moving up from a Level One class to Full Body Sculpt a great experience! She is so patient, helpful, and motivating, couldn’t have been as successful without her! Please try one of her classes if you haven’t already, you won’t regret it!
Jessenia is the best instructor ever! She has an amazing workout set and is an excellent orator. She motivated us and ensures that we get the maximum benefit from each work out! Love her.
Fit407 is a fantastic full body workout. The instructors are amazing… always encouraging and supportive!
