I have taken a few Lyra classes so far and my experience has been so positive and welcoming! I cannot recommend Meaghan C. enough as an instructor. She is incredibly friendly and is very clear when walking through difficult techniques to help even beginners understand well. It is also clear throughout her teaching and demonstrations that she is a 12/10 expert that you can trust to guide you.

This studio experience was GREAT! Me and my girls had such a wonderful time! Shout out to Ms. Tiana Sweett for instructing our class. We were so happy to have her as she was so fun, informative, supportive and a skilled instructor. She made each of us feel special. My mother has been to a pole studio with me three times and never participated. But this time she did because she said Tiana made her feel so comfortable. I booked a Birthday party for me and a few friends. It was an awesome experience. Our instructor, Vanessa was awesome. She took her time and let us be silly and really enjoy the experience. We learned some pole swings and a chair dance. The owner was awesome, very attentive and she answered all my questions before the event. We enjoyed it so much we may be booking a private session just to learn more and get some exercise. I would recommend Fit 4 Polers. We will definitely be going back again.
