I’ve taken about five classes here and absolutely love it! The instructors are amazing, super supportive, patient, and make every class fun and empowering. The students are also really kind and welcoming, which creates such a positive vibe. Every time I go, I leave feeling stronger, more confident, and excited for the next class. Definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about trying pole dance.
I have taken a few Lyra classes so far and my experience has been so positive and welcoming! I cannot recommend Meaghan C. enough as an instructor. She is incredibly friendly and is very clear when walking through difficult techniques to help even beginners understand well. It is also clear throughout her teaching and demonstrations that she is a 12/10 expert that you can trust to guide you.
This studio experience was GREAT! Me and my girls had such a wonderful time! Shout out to Ms. Tiana Sweett for instructing our class. We were so happy to have her as she was so fun, informative, supportive and a skilled instructor. She made each of us feel special. My mother has been to a pole studio with me three times and never participated. But this time she did because she said Tiana made her feel so comfortable.
