I’ve been working with Rich for several years now and I keep coming back because he is great to work with. My functional strength has improved and remains good, which was the goal. Having the accountability of someone expecting me to turn up and some good banter when I get there makes a difference to the early morning starts.

I participated in a 6-week group health challenge with Rich Ellis, which was amazing. There was so much relevant and up-to-date information presented clearly, along with solid accountability on our health goals. I would highly recommend Rich. Rich Ellis is highly knowledgeable in his field of fitness & nutrition. I came to Rich for advice on nutrition and how to better enhance my diet. I have lost 13kg in in 4x months. A big part of this was Rich's great advice on how to better modulate my diet. Highly recommend Rich for anyone wanting to gain a better understanding of diet & fitness.

It's been great working with Rich to resolve some long standing unresolved hip/back pain. Rich's high level testing protocols uncovered some specific muscles that were not doing their job and effectively been shut down due to inflammatory responses and neurological dampening. With a well structured high level approach to the rehabilitation of my back/hip pain i'm delighted to say we have a break through and the pain is subsiding after only a few sessions and of course some homework!
