It appears that Meredith may benefit from additional training. It has been observed that she is frequently absent from her post, often in the restroom or engaged with her phone. Furthermore, when individuals enter the gym, her attention seems to be primarily focused on her phone, then she proceeds to ask you if you have checked in twice.
This is a wonderful facility, and I’m genuinely grateful that childcare is offered at a price point families can actually afford. Compared to other gyms nearby, affordable childcare is extremely hard to find, and this place truly stands out because of that. I do hope the leadership team might consider expanding the childcare age requirement in the future to include younger infants. This gym has gone way downhill. There is no space for all the equipment they have now. Every piece of equipment is smushed between other machines. It’s always crowded and I feel others breathing on me at least twice a session. So many people don’t clean up after themselves (and a majority of the staff doesn’t either). The classes downstairs continue to harass us for dropping weights (if you’re lifting heavy, they’re gonna make noise) and none of the staff there does anything about it.
