I started at this gym 3 years ago. I am currently 10 pounds away from my goal. I am down from a size 16 jean to a size 9. I have lost weight and am toned up under the guidance of Joan Wagner and her staff. It's a great place to work out. The ladies and gentlemen who work out here are wonderful as well. Check out the schedule
Great place to workout with helpful knowledgeable people. Men and women are welcomed.
Great class variety, staff is excellent and knowledgeable. Facility is spotless, cleanest gym around. Class times in AM and PM, class schedule gets flipped up every few months. Has a kids area as well.
