I was gifted 6 online workouts with Lourdes by a dear friend. She went through a major transformation and wanted to share the experience with me. I had never done online personal training before and didn't know what to expect. It is amazing just how personalized the experience was. Phenomenal crossfit box. I love the people and staff. Highly encourage people to try them out.
I signed up my 3 kids (ages 10,8,6) for the CrossFit Kids class. I wanted to introduce them to fitness and what a true work out looks like, wanting them to develop habits now that will last a life time. This class does just this!!!! It is the perfect balance of challenge and fun for kids. I’m so thankful they offer this. The coaches truly care and do an amazing job with them! Thank you Lourdes and Fit for Life Farm!
