I signed up my 3 kids (ages 10,8,6) for the CrossFit Kids class. I wanted to introduce them to fitness and what a true work out looks like, wanting them to develop habits now that will last a life time. This class does just this!!!! It is the perfect balance of challenge and fun for kids. I’m so thankful they offer this. The coaches truly care and do an amazing job with them! Thank you Lourdes and Fit for Life Farm!

I remember hearing about this coach Lou from a friend of mine. We FaceTimed with her a few times before starting my weight loss journey. I was on the fence about starting training with someone living in another state, but Coach Lou was always checking in and making her self available. Coach Lou is an amazing , supportive trainer.
