This might be my favorite gym out of any gym I have been to in the 10 years I've been lifting. Better than Chuse, Planet Fitness, Anytime. Has everything I need (dumbells, barbells, olympic plates, treadmills, and a nice spread of machines for legs, chest, and back). I am typically going to the gym late at night, and left my keys inside, locking myself out of the gym and my car. This place has no air conditioning, summer's are super hot when you work out. When it rains, the parking lot is a muddy swamp. They have several weight machines, and free weight to use. No bench presses, you need to use the squat racks for bench presses. If this place wasn't the closest to me, I wouldn't pay $45 a month. I guess it's better than working out in the garage
Reminds me of the 90’s gym back in the day except now we have AC lol. Steel plates slapping together and good people just in there doing their thing at their own pace and level.
