As I’ve recently just join the gym and jack has come along and help me learn a few machines and help me get a structured plan to work out very respectful person and always willing to help
I’ve been a member of Fit 24 coming up 2 years now. It’s a cracking facility with a great community. I trained at the Heasle Road gym and I found it to be everything and more than what I ever needed - a great selection of cardio/functional and weights split over 3 distinct ‘zones’. Jack and his team are always very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Fit 24
This boxing room has not been fixed or looked after for ages !.. it’s unclean also they don’t even bother fix the punching bags one is on the floor and the other was hanging out to the side i had to fix it myself
Great place to work out, 24/7 good lighting, decent equipment. Rich was extremely helpful with my enquiries
