Not been to gym for many years, lots of new machines I've never used before. Lad called Bartex helped me find the right machines for the mussle groups I wanted to work on. Good gym where you dont feel daft asking how to use things.
lovely handsome guy called bartek and niks made me a protein shake and my day.
Great gym, with more than enough equipment, if your a beginner or advanced there is machines and loose weights to suit. There are changing rooms with a sauna. The reception is well stocked with protein powders, aminos, post & pre workout supplements. Highly recommended.
Brad was very helpful and friendly. A variety of equipment all in good condition!
