This is by far the best gym in Houston. Super clean, has everything you could possibly need, and the members are good people who are dedicated to their health. John Sherman is a legend and you won’t find anyone more knowledgeable or a bigger motivator. As a “retired” D1 athlete, I can say that John trains me like the athlete I am. He pushes me when he knows I can do more, all while keeping my safety and best interest in mind. Can’t say enough good things about John and Fit 2 Live!
What a cute boutique gym. I work out here while my kids are at jiu jitsu. Love it! Not crowded, always clean. Heather and Sydney are great!!
I absolutely love to be able to workout in this gym and having John Sherman as my trainer. Super experienced, very professional and knowledgeable, When I go I notice every program is different and really tailored to my specific needs and request. The Nutritional coaching is wonderful as well. If you want to get result, here is the place and Mr Sherman will make it happen (of course you got to do your part). Gym is clean and organized. I highly recommend this place!
