What a cute boutique gym. I work out here while my kids are at jiu jitsu. Love it! Not crowded, always clean. Heather and Sydney are great!!
I absolutely love to be able to workout in this gym and having John Sherman as my trainer. Super experienced, very professional and knowledgeable, When I go I notice every program is different and really tailored to my specific needs and request. The Nutritional coaching is wonderful as well. If you want to get result, here is the place and Mr Sherman will make it happen (of course you got to do your part). Gym is clean and organized. I highly recommend this place!
No more big box gyms for me. I haven't the slightest idea how to enter the doors of Fit 2 Live and not want to be apart of this place. It's a family environment and a great place to begin your fitness journey.
