I never thought I’d be able to stick with it this long! I joined a functional strength class after nervously procrastinating for several years. I’ve gone back every week for 5 months! I love this place. The instructors inspire me to laugh and work hard so I can keep getting stronger. All class members encourage one another. We do a different collection of exercises every session, and the hour flies by.
I’ve known Sheila for years but only recently joined Fit2excel to get back in strength and feel better. It has been such a great experience. I love coming to the fantastic classes. Why didn’t I do it sooner?! Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!
Fit2Excel is the best!!! John & Sheila are each incredibly knowledgeable in their fields & will get you firing on all cylinders and teach you habits and techniques that you can use for life. If you want to become more functionally fit (both mentally and physically), whether as an athlete or a regular person, Fit2Excel is the place to go!
I have never been to a gym that cares so much about your fitness journey. They truly want to see each person progress and reach their individual goals. Our entire family has benefited from the classes and support offered here. I highly recommend this gym.
