The best lady's only gym . Staff are amazing. You feel so welcome .I've met some lovely girls at the gym who I'm now great friends with. Everyone makes you welcome
Started going to this gym years ago and my preconceived notions of a ladies own gym were all blown out of the window. Joanne and her staff are absolutely amazing, so welcoming, I went thinking I would just get fit which I did, but also gained much much more, the most beautiful group of lasses that have gone on to be some of the most loyal friends I’ve ever known.
