Came into some very awesome specialized workout equipment worked with forest amazing owner recommend it to anybody 10 stars
Amazing place , all the high tech stuff! Did the Styku body scan on day 1 and in one month (8 workouts) I am down 6% body fat and muscle is up 6% and bone mass improved 0.6% and dropped 6lbs! I highly recommend Forrest and Tim! They are the best trainers in DFW in my opinion!
Fit 2-20 is the future of fitness. With Tim and Forest’s guidance (and equipment), you can achieve the same results as a traditional two-hour workout in just 20 minutes a day.
Arx, vasper, massage chair, red light therapy this is literally your one stop shop. All the equipment is cutting edge & top of the line. Forest is a great trainer and prime example of what this program can do for you. This is a long term play for me and my wife we look forward to all the health benefits this type of exercise experience brings. I recommend this place to anyone looking for results and efficiency, prices are also very reasonable for what you’re getting!
