Fantastic gym, the membership hold is not very straight forward and they charge 50 cents a day and require a doctors note to avoid that. I've never heard of a gym charging money while your membership is on hold and it's left a poor taste in my mouth.
Really rude staff member - made my child cry. Reported it and they didn’t do anything.
Best gym I’ve ever experienced at this price range! Friendly staff, fun vibes, equipment is always clean and well maintained and they’re always refreshing older machines and trying the latest trends in Fitness. I’ve never had to change my routine to wait for a spot / station. My only gripe was the old lockers in the dressing rooms but then they completely updated those so really feels like management is taking pride in the gym, keeping it fresh and just making it an overall pleasure to workout in.
Go to other gyms in lane cove. don't go to this gym.
