I've only been going for a few weeks now and my pants are too big! It's very hard for me to dear and I leave every time soaking from sweat. Its so convenient to to have such a great workout in only 30 minutes. Being a mom of two, working, and going to school is hard to get a good workout in but they make it so convenient

Best work out in a short amount of time!! It is so hard but well worth pushing through it.
Love the workouts, the trainers are awesome know when then need to push you...that little bit extra
Having alot of fun in these classes... The trainers are fun. And I have a good time. Who knew working out could be so fun... And it's convenient and u sure get a good sweat.
I'm really enjoying the work outs. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. Really helps keep me motivated. One of these days I'll be exactly in the fitness level I've always wanted to be at and a great party of it will be thanks to this place. AWESOME trainers!!!!!
