Regarding the KID'S PROGRAM (Fit Kids) My kid’s review: “IT’S GREAT!” My COVID update: During lockdowns my kid still worked out, he got stronger and creative (such as parkour in the house), and kept up his energy and motivation during this profoundly boring and lonely time. The kids program has been a life changer for both of my kids. Aside from the physical improvement and overall health, they’ve grown a strong sense of confidence, self worth and awareness of what it means to be healthy. They push themselves every class which gives them the mental fortitude to push through every day challenges and gives them the advantage to compete at school and on their sports teams.
