Been a member for a couple years. Always enjoyed my time here. For whatever reason their access control company is a problem. More so recently. Came to the gym after staffed hours and though the access shows green, door won’t unlock. It’s happened a couple times. I went in during staffed hours. They swapped my fob and said it was the access control company. Came back to the gym tonight. Door still won’t open. If it’s an issue, maybe the company should fix it?

I appreciate that Rigby has a fairly nice gym in town & do think this is a good option considering we don’t have many. It gets the job done. Beyond that, the bathrooms are usually a mess with no soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. being a common occurrence. Not to mention, dirt, grime, and hair in every nook and cranny around the gym. I should've read the fine print. Classic predatory behavior from gyms. Just let me walk in to cancel my membership - it's 2025. AGREEMENT: If member agrees to a month-to-month agreement. The member agrees to make the Scheduled Payments according to the terms set forth by this agreement. Management is 10 stars! Love this gym! Everything is always clean and well stocked and there’s always someone there to help with anything.
