I love supporting this local joint in the Laurel. If I were to describe the pizza, I'd say its a mix between Neapolitan and American style. I wish they had a dine in space but there's none. It's more of a grab and go/take out sort of spot. Delicious pizza nonetheless. They offer really good topping combos that range from traditional to more creative combinations.
Love that they have VEGAN options. I'm mostly plant based and lactose intolerant but I will get the vegan deluxe and add either goat cheese or parmesan. They have a chili oil you can drizzle on your pizza for a bit of extra heat or the pizza crack (blend of ground up, red pepper flakes, garlic, oregano). It's a nice extra boost of flavor to the veggies. They have tres leches cake 🍰🍰🍰 I would be willing to sacrifice my stomach for when I have lactose pills. Must try!
My wife and I had their Italiano and their homemade chicken sausage pizzas. Amazing! Great crust and fresh, copious toppings. Highly recommend!
We used Fist of Flour to cater our wedding with their mobile brick oven set-up. Wow, it was such a hit with all our guests and delicious! We love their brick and mortar restaurant too though:) The pizzas, salads, and appetizers were all delicious. Horrible, hostile, rude customer service from James “the owner”. Never tried the pizza, never will. Cancelled my order after a phone conversation trying to verify details of my order. James gave sassiness, irritation and ignorance. I would never eat from an establishment with an owner or staff with that attitude. Ick factor.
