Wow!! It’s so cool 🥶 in the house now!! Had our upstairs unit go out on us. Called a couple of the big chain guys and they were slow to non-responsive. Luckily I found Brad with Trusted Heating & Air Conditioning. Left him a message and he called me back in less than an hour. He made himself available on a Friday evening to come fix our AC. Great place in N Dallas for HVAC parts, accessories.
Only selling R454b to contractors who buy a system…. With the nationwide shortages if A2L refrigerants this is unacceptable. I’ll take my business elsewhere
They never checking the tanks before selling. First sold which not opening at all. Now it’s totally empty tank….
Stopped by and was very impressed with the assortment of tools and parts in stock, Ivan was very helpful and knowledgeable on products on hand.
