Purchased a 10-foot leader hose for my hose bib In October of 2022 and it sprung a leak within a few weeks where the hose connects to the brass fitting. I went to their website to fill out a warranty claim in November, got a confirmation and NOTHING , I tried calling the number that was given in the confirmation and I can't even get thru! I do not recommend the purchase of any Gilmour products due to poor quality . Buyers Beware !
2025-08-15 - 0 that’s ZERO Stars ! Their High Flow Faucet Adapter failed in one year. Crap product ( my Opinion) Won’t buy anything else they sell under any of their different company names!
Lawn and Garden LLC purchased Gilmour from Fiskers. Ever since then, Gilmour does not respond to the warranty claims. I have tried multiple times. I will no longer be a Gilmour customer after the lack of response. I will however respond by leaving negative reviews for your products on all your distributors websites. Unacceptable customer service.

Their lawn and garden products claim to have a life time warranty but it is not worth the paper it is writen on. My garden spray gun developed a problem a year after it was being used. I filed a claim in the gilmour.com website in July 2024 complete with photos and all the info it asked fo. A month later, they asked for shipping address and photo of the faulty product.
