There not very consistent with there work/quality we have 3 vehicles that we have been bringing to there shop in North Branch and in Chisago city for the last 6 to 8 years and they continue to forget to grease all my grease fittings or top off my fluids. In the past on my wife’s car they stripped the drain plug bolt and several other times they dint tighten it and she would find oil spots on the garage floor. Good service
The man at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got my auto warranty and got me the oil change for which I was covered and even replaced a backup light bulb for free.
