Maria has been managing my investment properties for many years now. I would highly recommend this company as I have never had issues with any tenants due to the diligent vetting carried out by Maria of all applicants. Rent is always on time and the properties are always left in pristine condition as a result of Maria’s high level of expectation of all tenants upon vacating.
