I have been using DiFeel products for a while and never had issues before, but this experience has been very frustrating. Conditioner went bad - literally, smelled foul and curdled , so I reached out. They replied and offered a replacement, and asked for my shipping information, which I provided. After that, nothing. Bought a large bottle of conditioner, don't know if it's any good or not because the pump does not work and I can't get any out. Apparently I'm not the only one.
Bought the biotin tall set of shampoo and conditioner. Love the product but can't get either pump on bottle to pop up. Is this a defect?
