Bought a large bottle of conditioner, don't know if it's any good or not because the pump does not work and I can't get any out. Apparently I'm not the only one.
Bought the biotin tall set of shampoo and conditioner. Love the product but can't get either pump on bottle to pop up. Is this a defect?
