Months and months to complete 3 miles of line. Multiple construction vehicles stopped and chatting through window while traffic waits. Apparently little regard for the residents.... It seems like due to it being rural.

Why is it okay for you to park your vehicles completely on someone’s private property, entirely blocking our only driveway without permission or prior notice?
