Best private personal training facility in Vancouver with two of the best trainers...
Tiz has been my personal trainer for almost 2 years now and its been great. She's helped me improve my cardio and sculpt areas of my body that I would of have otherwise overlooked. The private training gym studio has all the equipment you'd expect. The studio has high ceilings, lots of natural lighting and a great sound system. Her one on one personal training rates are reasonable and you get a discounted rate when purchasing multiple sessions.
We love Tiz. We have been working out with Tiz for 6 months now and we love it. She is great at keeping you accountable and creating challenging fitness plans. We really feel like we get great value out of our sessions and really look forward to our time.
