Was yelled at and hung up on by owner, Ethan, when I inquired as to why the all-in-one tank I was sold was malfunctioning. Employee told me that the filter was too powerful for the tank so I asked why it was sold that way. She was rude to me and I asked to speak to owner. He called me, interrupted me while I asked my questions, and then hung up on me. Least professional interactions I’ve had with a business possibly ever. Shameful customer service. My kids were so excited to get their first fish and I could not think of a better place than fishy bizz! Sales associate was so patient and knowledgeable. We are happy with our three guppies and snail! Also their new shirts are and a great price. Totally should come here for your fresh water fish needs. Btw, I still have cichlids that I purchased from them in 2022 in my large tank. Will continue to do bizzness with them!
