Doctor Leona amazing but her office they didn't answer the phone i called more then 20 times and no answer. How can i Reschedule my appointment
When I was Dr. Fishman’s patient, I didn’t have a great experience whenever I would see her. I was about 13 or 14 when I started seeing her. We would drive an hour and I would wait a long time before getting called into the room to see her only for her to speak to me like I was incompetent. Not sure if this was because she was experience burn out at the time. -no answer back after leaving vm -no e-mail back (4 business days so far) regarding booking follow up -when I do get an email it is one or two words reply then I am chasing them to do their job -dr is constantly unavailable and the time we do see her she complained that we don’t bring in our child and that we took our child to walk-ins
Dr. Fishman is an amazing physician, very knowledgable, experienced and compassionate. After seeing two other pediatricians, we were lucky that our friend recommended Dr. Fishman to us for my son's medical condition. Her approach is very individualized and she considers patient's specific needs and condition. we are experiencing an outstanding outcome and I owe her forever.
