Exceptional customer service. Chris and Josh are great!
Josh, the owner is terrible and so is his helper. Chris I ordered Flooring, March 9, 2026 was supposed to be in stock Flooring never received any calls or updates. Had to call back two weeks later to see when I could pick up the flooring. They told me that they didn’t know when it would ever be delivered because their logistic team is a bunch of goons they have repeatedly told me that they would update me frequently never once have I received a phone call or email I have always been the one to reach out.
