LeighAnn is the best in pool customer service. One year old, broken pump replaced immediately w a pump in her inventory and was covered by Hayward. Been working w Fishkill for three years. Hot tub still going strong. I never experience the push to buy unnecessary chems as other retailers practice. Greg has a great team. Old school small business values customers.
Fishkill Pools was not intimidated by our challenging back yard with a hill and slopes, and they built a beautiful pool!! Greg and his team are experienced and professional and a pleasure to work with. We really appreciated that he was regularly on site and does not sub out the work. An in ground pool is a big investment and we highly recommend Fishkill Pools!!
Response to reply: If you answered the phone, returned calls, or sent an estimate you would be able to identify my project. Greg himself came out. I even told him if you all were too busy to just let me know. I have way too much respect for small business to jump straight to leaving a bad review. I left confident the pool was the one thing I wouldnt have to worry about. I went into the store the other day and had a pleasant conversation with the young woman that works behind the counter. She was very friendly and helped me out a lot! I don’t know much about pools but she helped me find everything I needed. She made me feel confident in trusting Fishkill Pools! Overall great friendly service and she knows what she is talking about!
