I am livid. I paid out of pocket to Family Dental for emergency dental work that I could not wait for my insurance company to approve. My insurance company informed me that I need to have the Dental Office request to have the reimbursement check made out to the patient rather then the dental office. I made that request. Family Dental is far too sales-oriented. I was in Sales in my younger years, so I know when I'm being "pitched." That being said, my visit to Family Dentistry was very disappointing.
