brought my Shimano in for a pinion and main gear because it skips gear when fighting a fish, asked them to do a clean and lube also, two weeks later they call me to tell me my reel is done and the bill is 65$. when I get there I'm looking over the bill and there's a bunch of parts I didn't ask for but no gears. I bring this to there attention and they assured me that they went through it and everything that needed replacement is done. when I got home I put the reel back on the road and tied the line to a tree and reeled, as ... read more
