Poor customer service poor service
I found this place over 3 years ago and it's still the my number 1 place to order bagels. I usually call in a day or two ahead to place my order and it ready on time every time. I always go for a dozen or two, then freeze them. Best breakfast I have at home each time. My favorite is the poppy seed.
I ordered a single bagel toasted with butter inside for carry out. People with drinks and multiple other items ordered after me and received their ordered before me. After 15 minutes of waiting, I went up and asked if they had my order. It had been sitting on the counter for probably 10 minutes. And they still gave it to me so it was not even slightly warm anymore. They need to fix their system, because clearly writing orders on sticky notes and sticking them to their arms isn’t working. Writing this review as I wait 40 minutes for a few bagel breakfast sandwiches, this staff needs some guidance/leadership and additional members to keep up with their clientele. The drive through seems to also take away from efficiency. Will return but management should really invest in their team members. Update - i got my order and was missing an item. A POS system should also be an investment. Our order was written down on a post it note by the cashier.
Food is ok but service leaves much to be desired. Waited 12 minutes after server said I will be with you in a minute until they took my order Staff was disorganized. Line went from 3 to out the door before they took my order This was before the church rush came in!
