I had to switch pharmacies because they did not have the prescribed medications available. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall. It was clear that the staff was not adequately trained for customer service, and the level of professionalism did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made in both medication availability and customer care in the future.

I really want to support this local pharmacy, but they have not been able to provide decent services. They did not have the meds I was prescribed for my past three prescriptions (all different, but standard meds - one was for amoxicillin, for heavens sake) and have had issues charging me the wrong price more than once. I just cant trust that they will have the meds I need and charge me correctly in the future.
