Jason, our service tech, was EXCELLENT! He came in to the office I work at to help with an issue we were having and I am not super technically saavy. So he was asking questions to try and figure out what we needed and if I didn’t know what he was asking, he would adjust the question until he got an answer that helped and he did it in such a way that I didn’t feel like an idiot :-) He also wasn’t willing to just walk away without an answer. I had a fantastic experience with Fisher's recently. I had an issue arise with my printer and was promptly assisted to ensure technical support. My technician was AMAZING! He came within just a few hours of my initial call and was able to fix my printer promptly, even adjusting an additional component that I had issues with for years. My printer is working great, and the services were all around fantastic, I would highly recommend!
