A technician was at my office to repair my printer within an hour of my request. I have always received great service from Fishers! I also had in person follow-up from a supervisor with more helpful information about my situation.

Our church has used Fishers for several years and really appreciate their service team. After troubleshooting on my own for a while, I was slightly embarrassed to have to call in to have the copier staples replaced, but Mark was great to work with and easy to communicate with. He never treated our small issue as something that was unimportant, in fact, he was speedy with service and thorough to ensure we had everything covered.

Nick (the Fisher's employee who often helps me and my office) is what I would have described to my classes as a model technician and service rep – displaying confidence, competence, and charisma. He’s friendly and professional, and always great to work with.
