I used to teach I.T. and customer service. Nick (the Fisher's employee who often helps me and my office) is what I would have described to my classes as a model technician and service rep – displaying confidence, competence, and charisma. He’s friendly and professional, and always great to work with.

Preston Evans came out to my office and replaced an ink cartridge that we were having trouble with. He was professional and polite and took care of the problem with a smile. Fisher's is lucky to have such a caring and professional individual working for their team.

We have worked with Fisher's for 7+ years at this point and I just wanted to say how helpful Sammy Wicks was on his recent service visit to my office. He went above and beyond to show me additional tricks and tools our printer was capable of to make sure I could utilize it to it's capabilities. He was extremely friendly and efficient and I wanted to make sure his service was acknowledged. Thank you!

“Mark was extremely helpful. He couldn't do much because it appears to be a server issue, but he explained the issue thoroughly and in terms that any non-technician person could understand. Very friendly and would love to have him here again if needed! From the ease of opening a ticket to the tech being here, we would recommend Fisher's to anyone!”
