We requested a service call from Fisher's. Not only did they head out quickly but Colin, our service technician, was very kind and helpful. He explained what was going on and what we should expect in the future. He also came back a week or two later to fix a defective part and got the machine up and running again in less than 24 hours from when I placed the call.
