I had to visit this vet for the first time unfortunately to put my very special Noodle cat to sleep. From my urgent phone call to taking care of Noodle and myself through the steps, they were caring and understanding. I'm grateful for this clinic and will utilize in the future for my fur baby visits.
UPDATE. 12/21 2025. I'M WONDERING ABOUT MY CHOICE OF VETS , BECAUSE THE DOG THAT I OWN , THAT IS IN DISTRESS , THEY SAID THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO SEE.. SUGGESTED GOING TO ANOTHER VET OUT OF STATE. (RATON NM) ALL OF MY ANIMALS GO TO THIS VET.BUT I'M GOING TO HAVE TO RETHINK THIS My new vet )),glad they stayed in business. I had to get my little pooch in on a emergency basis he was suffering,dr.aaroa was excellent he checked my dog with loving care and found the problem and we are treating it,I highly recommend this place,also price wasn't bad for the services rendered
They dont care for your animals like they use to it's probably there new staff only one I like there is the doctor and Ashley they treat my dog good. Now I can't even get her in to be seen it's ridiculous. Her eyes bleeding and she's been trying to rip them out they will give me an appointment 3 months from now. Its crazy I might look for somewhere else. Not even for a nail trim takes them 5 mins and still no time. Either need better workers or more workers. Something needs to change there.
