Great people, excellent work
After talking to Scott Webb on the phone he assured me he is doing everything that they can do along with McClain Trailers to remedy the situation. I should have called him first after dealing with the dealership. Scott could have just ignored the remarks, but he offered to meet me if needed @ no charge to see what the problem is.
