I called on 8-5-25 about an issue i had and knew what the problem was just needed parts for the owner who answered the phone was extremely rude! He kept telling me where the serial number on my trolling motor was and kept getting an attitude and acting like i was an idiot when i said there was not a serial number on the trolling motor handle and was getting a shitty attitude with me because i have a replacement handle on my trolling motor which in fact DID NOT have a serial number on it(which came from his chop shop).
