I have always recieved outstanding service at Fishers Landing Primary Care. The care from the front desk to the providers is top notch and compassionate. Katherine Moon is the best provider I've encountered, she truly cares about her patients and gives the best care. She literally saved my husbands life! 5 star treatment from entering the door to leaving!
First off, anyone giving this place one star without meeting with these wonderful Providers does them an injustice. Katherine Moon is a brilliant and amazing Provider. She makes you feel validated and cared for. I have seen her spend endless unpaid hours helping with my volunteer work regarding young people. She also stepped in and provided care for me post traveling abroad and coming home with pertussis that went into pneumonia. She literally was the greatest tool in saving my life! I would love to be seen here. I got referred to Katherine moon - whom I’ve heard nothing but great things from several people. However I have called 6 times in the last 3 weeks and each time I’m promised a call back from the staff, and never, not once have they returned my call. It’s super frustrating when the admin staff can’t keep their stuff together. There are people out here who really need medical care that Moon can provide but that gets dictated by who the staff feel like committing to.
Absolute angels!! Lisa changed my life! I was prescribed medicine by a male dr I didn’t need. She took the time and care to get my health back on track with grace, dignity and care. I love these ladies!
