What a treat it was to attend my niece and (new!) nephew’s wedding on Fishers Island — and to be welcomed with freshly shucked Fishers Island oysters. These are THE best east coast oysters I've ever had. They are super fresh and the company is incredibly responsive. It also turns out that Fishers Island Oysters also strives to be in harmony with the environment in the way that they farm and work sustainably. Absolutely highly recommended!!
