They are currently booking so far out, like 32 days out for vaccines. At least, unlike cvs, you can get a live person on the phone. My family has gotten vaccines here before. It's a bit disorganized. The billing company is really not bright. Try the hamilton county health dept. They seem to move quicker.
Probably wont go back. In November me (HIP insurance) and my daughter (medicaid) went for a flu shot. It took them forever to get her insurnace figured out even tho i had a card. They made a copy of my HIP card, we got our shots, and left. 3 months later, i get an email and text from vaxcare, a "partner" stating that medicaid said that i have other insurnace.
