They are currently booking so far out, like 32 days out for vaccines. At least, unlike cvs, you can get a live person on the phone. My family has gotten vaccines here before. It's a bit disorganized. The billing company is really not bright. Try the hamilton county health dept. They seem to move quicker.
Probably wont go back. In November me (HIP insurance) and my daughter (medicaid) went for a flu shot. It took them forever to get her insurnace figured out even tho i had a card. They made a copy of my HIP card, we got our shots, and left. 3 months later, i get an email and text from vaxcare, a "partner" stating that medicaid said that i have other insurnace. They accept walk-ins! I went in the morning and they took me to get a COVID shot. I got in and out in no time. Courteous and attentive staff. They really care. :)
Excellent work. I understand that things have been hectic but they always do it with a smiling face and have been very diligent. Never seen the stress of their face despite this is a very stressful job. A job very well done
