I brought my husband here yesterday for his birthday and he literally skipped out of the door after his red light session! We came in a bit spur-of-the-moment and Emily was so accommodating and informative. We met the owner, Lori, towards the end and she was just as genuine! The location doesn’t work for a regular membership for us, but we will absolutely be back in for periodic sessions!
Lori was great, she walked me through the facility explained all the services to me and was very knowledgeable.
Love the cold plunges here; they have greatly helped me with pain. Also love the owner/staff and customer service
