Kind, courteous, explained the whole process. The week before we took a tour and she sat down and explained everything in detail to us. It was overall the reason we decided to pursue buying gift cards and the cryo sessions. We are also considering buying the membership for our family as she has a son the same age as our daughter and explained the benefits for them too
This place is magical, it has chicken voodoo powers. I started going because with just a few training weeks left before a marathon, I started having major issues with my IT band that kept me from running at all. I started coming here regularly and PR'd my marathon by 34 minutes. Highly recommend, 5 stars, 10/10 service.
