Fishers Appliance Repair might be a qualified repair service, but because they took an appointment and never showed I would not know if they are qualified. My wife made an appointment on Thursday for a Saturday morning (10 to 12) appointment. After not showing up, we received a call at 12:30 advising that they are delayed and will be arriving in 45 minutes. At 4:00, we called them because they did not show up or call us. We were given quite a story as to why the no show. The story could have been true as we all have bad days... read more

On May 30th, Mark from “Fishers Appliance Repair” aka Apple Appliance came out to fix our refrigerator which was not keeping proper temperature. The coil was covered in ice which Mark defrosted and replaced the fan. Mark, who said he was the owner of the company, was sure the fan was the issue. He claimed a 1 yr. warranty on the repair. We called him a week later to look at our dishwasher, he said it was the “board”, charged us for the visit, suggested we go buy a new dishwasher. On May 27th, they came out to try and fix the fact that my fridge didn't get any water to the ice-maker. They left an hour or two later, and demanded a $319 check on the spot before they left. The fridge now leaks water out of the water dispenser and has for 4 ½ weeks. At the time, the repairman said it was just water in the line and it would eventually stop. On Monday, February 4th our washing machine was only bringing in a little water. We called a repair place and they couldn’t come until Saturday. Another one couldn’t come for several days. So we tried Fishers Appliance Repair and they could come on Tuesday. A repairman showed up and said that we needed a new water inlet valve and he went to get the part.
