Was slotted in for an emergency appointment as I had severe toothache/infection! Receptionist was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to help. I saw Dr Patel - professional, experienced and did a great job taking out the offending tooth!! Thankyou for helping!
Absolutely outstanding service at this dental clinic! From the moment I contacted them, Sue, the receptionist, was exceptionally accommodating and kind, going out of her way to fit my appointment into a busy schedule. Her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a great experience. Then, there's Abdul, the dentist—what a professional! I’ve been so scared to go to a dentist for years but I could not have went to a better one the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist made feel at ease with no pain had a root canal done
The receptionist is ridiculously rude and unprofessional. The surgery it self was disgusting, unclean and not somewhere you would want to have work done on your teeth. Thankfully the rudeness put us off and we ended up walking out. Go somewhere else that takes pride in there practice and has common manors when talking to patients. Highly avoid at all cost. Better to suffer in pain than go to this disgusting place.
