The perfect accommodations for our family of 6, plus a friend of our oldest daughter, all visiting from Michigan early Aug 2024. Kids ages (18, 18, 15, 13, 10). We loved the cozy, home setup of the Fisherman’s Quay (South Bunkhouse). The owner & manager both greeted us & made themselves available for any needs. The unit was very clean & had lots of extras (reading materials, cards, games, puzzles). We ate some meals in & found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen (even spices/herbs). Our family loved our stay at Fisherman’s Quay! It was very clean and cozy, well-stocked with bedding and towels, and also a well-equipped kitchen. As it is a “bunkhouse”, I expected the beds to be uncomfortable, but they were great! One of our favorite experiences in Sitka was kayaking around the harbor and town—the weather was gorgeous while we were there! FQ allows you to use their fleet of kayaks for free as well as their bicycles, which was so easy and convenient. The location was great—we enjoyed being a couple of block... read more
