Racist and makes false accusations
Worse customer service I have ever received. Ordered a reel went to pick it up. was told they were to busy to help me. Waited 15 minutes for someone to finally show up and that person approached me asked what I wanted. I replied my reel he then just walked away and began helping someone else without a reply as if I wasn’t there. After he saw that I was upset he retrieves my reel. Never shopping here again after that
