Amazing fresh seafood, I tried their cold water shrimp. Use rice wine or sake to warm up the shrimp, leave some extra sauce at the bottom, add an egg and some green onion leaves to scramble, pour on top stir fry 🥦, broccoli soaks up the sauce. I steamed salmon the next day, put a piece of dry kelp at the bottom, ginger and chopped green onion, salmon on top, drizzle with sake and olive oil to help fish keep moist, sprinkle herb de provence and steam 15 min, finish with sushi soy sauce.
